1. Returns
    Panik does not accept returns or exchanges on any products sold. All sales are final. Please be sure to verify your order before completing the purchase.
  2. Exchanges for Damaged Products
    We only accept exchanges if the product arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible:
    • You must report the issue within 12 hours of receiving the package.
    • You must provide video proof of the damaged package upon opening.

  3. Eligibility Requirements
    Products must be in the original packaging and unused. If these conditions are not met, the exchange request will be denied.
  4. Processing Exchanges
    Once we receive your request and confirm eligibility, we will process your replacement. Depending on stock availability, exchanges may take additional time.
  5. No Cash Refunds
    Panik does not provide cash refunds for any reason. In cases of damage or defect, an exchange will be provided.
  6. Non-Returnable Products
    Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
  7. Shipping Charges
    Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning any eligible items for exchange.
